Reflection:

Government is the prime system in our community or nation. This is the that operates every function for the development of the country. In Wikipedia.org, A government is "the organization, that is the governing authority of a political unit,""the ruling power in a political society,"and the apparatus through which a governing body functions and exercises authority."

Inside the government offices, there are a lot of paper work and paper works which can be a small problem for the officials. Thus, as technology is booming the several government agencies shifted to automated systems which are easy to manipulate and to organize with. This can be a great help for the officials because it can make their works more easy and satisfiable.

In Kraemer and King's research paper, they stated "Much of the literature on information technology as instruments of administrative reform claims that IT has the potential for dramatically changing organizations." It is obviously true with our government today. Much you can see that IT have made a difference and change as its arrival a few years ago.
